Group Process Therapy

Psychotherapy in the context of a process group is designed to create a cohesive, vulnerable, and respectful space where individuals can learn about themselves and receive feedback. People find that sharing their experiences in a group helps them to recognize that they are not alone, develop a renewed sense of hope, learn new skills, help others, release distress, and work on problematic relationship dynamics. Group members are asked to keep confidentiality within the group to respect each other’s privacy and facilitate the process.

In the group, you will be encouraged to speak openly among each other with guidance and observation from the psychologist. Our goal is that your experiences in the group allow you to practice healthier interactions and skills in your life outside of the group.
